Wow! What a beautiful wedding day for Makenzie & Jon! From laughter to happy tears, the day was filled with pure joy and happiness. Several speeches at the reception had me in tears with such great wisdom being passed on to them from their elders. It was so sweet!
It was an absolute joy to work with these two and their families! I was so excited that they found us and chose to be married at Gover Ranch in Anderson, California, even though they were from Fairfield! If you haven’t been to a wedding at Gover Ranch yet, it is a beautiful location with an amazing bridal suite, gorgeous garden, huge white barn, and majestic trees. It’s a photographer’s dream venue!
Kenzie’s dress was stunning! A long-sleeve pure lace top that overlaid and flowed into a ballgown-styled dress with a beautiful train that was just the right length! (from Gesinees Bridal in Concord, Ca) No wonder Jon couldn’t hold back the tears once he saw her for the first time walking down the aisle! :) The bridesmaid’s all had really pretty wine-colored dresses from Dainty Jewell’s (one of my favorite boutiques!!) Dainty Jewell’s is a high-end modest apparel line. Every chance I get to buy a new dress from them, I do! They have beautiful dresses!
I just have to say the wedding party was great!!! They all were so easy to work with which is always such a blessing! :) We’re just super honored to have captured this special day for Makenzie & Jon! May God bless their future together!!!
Haha! This one of Chris (Groom’s Father-in-law now!) grabbing Jon’s neck is just hilarious!

Chris was giving them an awesome piece of wisdom…If you have each other’s backs you both can see 180 degrees and working together to see the full 360 is how your marriage will stay protected. :)
