Rose and Tyler’s wedding day was full of happy tears and sweet moments! From the daddy/daughter first look to the reception speeches, this beautiful couple was surrounded by caring friends and family all there to celebrate their joining together in marriage. And we were so honored to be there capturing it all!
Every detail was planned out thoughtfully and beautifully. Their wedding décor was autumn themed with rust being the main color. I was most impressed by Rose’s wedding dress! Her mother handcrafted that dress! My jaw literally dropped when I saw it for the first time. It was stunning and absolutely perfect for Rose. She looked gorgeous in it! Her mom had sewn a detachable skirt for it that was ivory with gold that flowed out behind her several feet. It was just so impressive! Rose’s dad also attached a sixpence inside her shoe which was so sweet! I couldn’t help but tear up when her dad saw her for the first time in her dress.
Sacred Heart Church Ceremony
I worked in Red Bluff for many years and drove by the Sacred Heart Catholic Church almost daily. I even photographed the front of the church many years ago for a calendar we used to put together at the print shop. But I had never been inside…until now!! What stunning architecture! You walk in and immediately look up to the massive ceiling with beautiful light fixtures and paintings. I was so excited to get to run up to the choir loft to get an overview shot of the whole ceremony!
The Rustic Rose Reception
The reception was amazing! It was held at The Rustic Rose, a beautiful Northern California wedding venue located in Red Bluff. And the groomsmen set up all the decor!!! Can you believe that?! They did such a great job! Everyone had a wonderful time. The speeches were so special and had everyone shedding happy tears. Rose and Tyler’s first dance was awesome! They choreographed it so well. Then instead of a bouquet and garter toss, they did a stuffed animal toss!!! It was so much fun!

I just love this time of year! October is such a great month to get married! Skyler and Cale’s October Wedding Day was GORGEOUS! The fall colors of their florals, the bridesmaid’s dresses, the guys orange velvet suspenders and bow ties…guys it was just amazing! They were surrounded by such sweet friends and family.
