I recently had the honor of photographing two rental properties located in Northern California. The Hazelwood Apartments in Milpitas and a Triplex Unit in Shasta Lake. Both properties were freshly remodeled and ready to rent! In this post I share some of the photos taken and a little bit about each property. A perfect spot for the fisherman on his way to the Northern California Coast. Located right off HWY 299 in Douglas City, California along the Trinity River. Stay in any one of their nice furnished rooms with a fully stocked kitchenette. You can even host an event there in their spacious lounge. It was such a treat getting to photograph several of the rooms there!

One thing I absolutely love about being a Real Estate Photographer here in Redding, California, is the fact that I get to see so many gorgeous homes! It’s inspiring to see all the different styles and decor used. Each home is unique and is a reflection of the homeowner living there.
