4 Ways to Print & Use Your Photos | Professional Photographer Prints

Quite a few of my clients ask me, “Hey, where should I get this printed?” or “If I want greeting cards, where would I go to get them printed?” When you want prints made from a professional photographer, then there’s quite a few things you can do!

In this blog post, I’m going to give you some ideas of ways to display your images, whether in print or digitally! And BONUS, there will be some discount codes below to save you some money! Let’s get right to it!

Framed Prints, Canvas Prints & Albums: Through Your Photo Gallery

One of the best ways for a client to print their photos is from their client gallery! Cloudspot is amazing, and I use it to deliver all my client photos. One of the reasons I love it is because it allows clients to purchase prints, canvases and albums straight from your gallery link! Bonus: I've created a discount code for all my clients to use to get 25% off anything you order through your photo gallery! Just use the code: JUSTPRINTIT25 at checkout to apply the discount.

Why Albums?

One of my favorite ways to display images is through Albums - especially for weddings! They’re the perfect family heirloom and keepsake to pass on for generations and by ordering through your gallery, I can back the quality of the album over the years so that your satisfaction is guaranteed! It's never been easier to design your album and have it shipped right to your doorstep!

Alternative Consumer Options for Prints, Canvases & Albums

Now, obviously, I suggest that all my clients get their images printed through our client gallery because I can guarantee the quality and professionalism of the pictures you receive. And if for any reason anything is printed wrong (though I've yet to have this happen with any of my clients), I can fix the problem for you so there's no additional cost to you!

But I know that professional photographer prints isn't always ideal for everyone's budget or timeframe. So I have tested several consumer companies and wanted to include a few additional printers that I trust and can recommend. I even use them for my own family's photos! Many of these companies provide similar products to what I offer through my client galleries and even have some unique creative ways to display your photos!

Smallwoods

Smallwoods is a great company that has options like framed prints, wood prints, hanging wall displays and canvases. They have a streamlined service that makes ordering very easy, and I approve of their quality!

Chatbooks

Chatbooks are another fun way to display your pictures and my go-to recommendation for albums outside of your gallery! I actually get one of these printed for my family every year! They are usually just a small album. Something to fit in your hand, that will allow you to flip through a variety of pictures and relive some of those favorite moments!

They have several options. You can upload select photos from your session/wedding and get an album for them. Or you can auto-upload your social media posts into a printed book every so many posts. Another great option is their subscription based Month Books that allow you to print your favorite photos from each month of the year and display them all together in coffee-table books!

Greeting Cards for All Occasions: From Your Gallery or Basic Invite

Greeting cards are an amazing way to make a statement for any occasion! For these, you can either order them through my own client gallery.

Or, if you’re looking for another option, Basic Invite is a consumer based platform that many photographers approve of. They have diverse product offers, and you can order cards like wedding stationary (RSVPs, save the dates and wedding invitations) and birth or graduation announcements. And of course your yearly Christmas card! When you order through Basic Invite use code “JenPeterson” for a 20% discount and FREE SHIPPING!

Home Decor & Unique Gifts

Minted

For those of you who are super creative, Minted might be right up your alley! With this service you can turn your professional photographer prints into a printed blanket or pillow! Maybe a coffee mug is more your style. Or maybe, you’d prefer something else! Minted has all your whims covered, and even some that you didn’t even know you had!

Aura Frames

Maybe one photo isn’t enough for you, or you can’t decide which picture to print. Well, Aura Frames is where you want to go! They provide a physical frame, and a scrolling set of digital images instead of a single picture. It is super easy to load images to the frame via their mobile app. I got one of these for my grandmother recently and she absolutely loves it! She lives in Washington State and I’m able to load pictures to her frame from here in California that will automatically pop up on the frame for her. I love surprising her with new photos weekly!

And there you have it! There are so many ways to get your professional photographer prints made! Whether you choose to do an album, a wall of canvases, wall hangings, wood displays, digital displays and so many more options to choose from. Let us know in the comments which one you go with!
