Anselmo Vineyards Senior Session with Twin Sisters
Imagine there being a place where you feel like you’re in Italy but didn’t have to travel such a great distance. That’s exactly what it felt like when we drove up to the chapel at Anselmo Vineyards! What an amazing place! Dan, our personal tour guide, told us some of the history behind the chapel and how every piece of material used was imported from Italy. You couldn’t help but be in awe.
Then you add in two beautiful high school seniors like Jessica and Nicole! I just loved getting to work with these two!! They made my job seem so easy. I loved their personalities and willingness to do anything I asked them to do! Nicole enjoys hanging out with friends and being outside. She also loves volleyball. Jessica loves to read, paint, listen to music while driving and spending time with friends. I loved their casual outfits of light colored jeans and cute sweaters. Nicole also had a couple dresses that were beautiful! They paired perfectly with her cowgirl boots. :)
The Senior Session
We started the session near the entrance to the vineyards where there was a beautiful building with teal metal framing around all the windows. It was next to a gazebo made of marble columns which was also next to a pond and a stream with a stone bridge. I mean, all the things just right there!
We then explored around the property and found a unique stone bench in front of a red stone wall. During this portion, Dan got one of the horses all brushed up for Nicole and we got to take some sweet portraits with the horse she liked to ride there. While taking those portraits, another one of the horses, Abib, was curious and wanted to know what in the world I was doing. So he was right behind me smelling out my camera bag and trying to get into my bag! HAHA! It was hilarious. Made me miss the horses I had growing up.
The Chapel at Anselmo Vineyards
We ended the session at the Chapel, also known as St. Theresa Chapel, which I’ve already described some of the beauty of that place. There was a back hallway with arches letting the light stream through. I love the images of each girl gazing out one of those archways into the light. We also got the girls’ mom involved in a few images towards the end that was so sweet! I love it when my seniors want a portrait with their mom/parent. Such a special time! There is also a pond next to the chapel so we ended the session there with the sunset.
Nicole, Jessica and Gina it was such an honor getting to do this senior session for you! Best wishes to you girls as you step into the next chapter of your life after high school!! God Bless!!

MILLIE’S GOVER RANCH SENIOR SESSION
Millie did an amazing job during her senior session! It was freezing cold and yet she was willing to try everything I suggested. She has such a beautiful smile and personality. We did her entire session at Gover Ranch and it was absolutely perfect! She was hoping for a rural/farm type landscape but also a garden natural backdrop as well and Gover Ranch fit that to a “t”! The landscape went perfect with Millie’s three outfits; the first one being a light blue daisy patterned blouse with high-waist flared jeans and her adorable cowgirl hat, the second a beautiful leopard print skirt and matching top, and last was a light pastel green floral dress! So gorgeous!
MACHMULLER FAMILY SESSION AT THE CAMDEN HOUSE
Greg and Sunni were an amazing couple, and the kids in their family were so sweet too! Brice, in particular, is five years old, and so cute. He reminded me of my own nephew, and he had this great smile… but I did have to coax it out of him for some photos! He got tired more quickly than the rest, and was just tuckered out near the end. But regardless, we were still able to get some great photos with them!
