Before I dive in, let me just say WELCOME! You’re probably here because you’re either listing a home for sale, or want to capture a home project that you created. (Or you’re just here to see really pretty homes and architecture!) Either way, you’re in the right place and I’m glad you found us! So let’s dive into the architectural and real estate photography services we offer.
I started doing Real Estate and Architectural photography back in 2014 here in the North State of California and I love it! Getting to see gorgeous homes and properties is a highlight for me. Let me tell you a little bit about me and my family. Matt and I married in 2017 and together we are a beautifully blended family of six!! He joined in the photography world with me shortly after that and our oldest daughter, Emily, is a photographer in the making. We’re super proud of our kiddos and for what the Lord has done in our lives. We love working together on wedding days and when drone services are needed. We can’t wait to connect with you!

Real Estate Session
We have several options to choose from depending on the size of the project. The base rates cover the entire home plus interior and exterior shots. All images are processed HDR (High Dynamic Range) fully edited images to give you that luxury high-end feel.

Architectural Details
We do a lot of work for Developers, Interior Designers, and Contractors who want to capture all the fine details of the home. Our hourly rate allows time to capture all the amazing details.

Drone Footage
We also offer aerial drone footage (video or still images). This is perfect when you want to capture the entire property from the sky. We can also do a video walkthrough of the interior as well.

Step Two: Let’s Chat
We’ll chat, either over the phone or through email, about your photography expectations and requirements for your project. This is the perfect time to ask questions and scour through my blog at past real estate sessions.
Step Three: Booked!
Once the proposal has been accepted, contract signed, and non-refundable retainer paid; we are officially booked! You will receive a reminder email the week of the scheduled shoot.

There are several different options for Real Estate shoots, depending on your needs and how large the property is. Please reach out to me to get a copy of our pricing guide!

You should expect to have your full gallery of finalized images within 3-5 business days from the shoot date.

Your photos are delivered to you via an amazing online gallery system that I’ve been using for years and am in LOVE with! It’s extremely user-friendly and easy to download and share your images. There is also an option for a mobile app too!

YES! Absolutely. If you need a certificate of liability, please let me know and I can get that for you.

As of right now, I do not offer Matterport Virtual Tours. However, if I get enough demand for them, I will certainly consider adding this service!

No, I currently do not offer 2D floorplans.
