Lillian’s Six Month Portraits | Northern California
I cannot believe it’s been six months already since my sweet little niece was born! But sure enough, six months have passed! And she’s just getting cuter each and every day. :) Her personality is already shining and it amazes me how her expressions are so similar to Wayne’s! She’s got her brother’s stare down to a “t”. Haha! She is a perfect mix of her momma and daddy too! Temperament like her momma, big brown eyes like her daddy. It does my heart good to watch my sister’s family grow!
My sister loved playing dress-up when we were little and she also had a huge love for baby dolls! She loved dressing them up in cute little outfits and bringing them with her wherever she went. Now that she’s grown up (haha!), she does this in real life! The outfits she puts Wayne and Lillian in are soooo adorable! I especially loved this sunflower outfit she picked out for Lillian’s Six Month Portraits. It went perfectly with the location, giving it the ultimate “Summertime” feeling! She even picked up real sunflowers to add in as props! It reminded me of that country girl feeling and I felt like I needed a sweet tea in hand! Haha! Sarah and I grew up on 8 acres of property here in the North State of California, so while we were not officially from the south or even a countryside ranch (we had horses, bunnies, chickens, and a big garden - that’s about it…), we still have a great love and appreciation for southern/country living!
Lillian’s second outfit was also darling! The pink dress with white bonnet gave it more of a vintage feel. She also had a vintage wood abacus toy that she plays with. My sister loves collecting vintage-style toys, which makes super adorable photo props! I also used my favorite wooden “Enjoy” crate from Enjoy the Store!
