Housing Developments | Ceramic Designs

North State Tile & Stone Craftsmanship

Ceramic Designs by Ron Green | Redding, California

This session for Ceramic Designs included two housing developments! Seven Bridges built by MD Developments and Skyview Estates in Anderson off Pleasant Hills Drive. Both developments are beautiful and boast very modern designs. I love the selection of tile and stone they chose for each of the models. Each home is different, which is also very neat! You’ll see Faux Wood tile throughout all these homes and even the lighter shaded one which I haven’t seen too often! It’s beautiful!

We also visited some other homes that had remodels done in their bathroom and/or kitchen. The homeowners were all so sweet! It’s really an honor getting to meet a lot of the clients. I’m always inspired by visiting these homes and seeing all the different styles and decor! (Joys of being a Real Estate Photographer!) One style that I’m noticing right now is the sliding BARN DOORS! And I LOVE IT! Give me all the barn doors! Haha! It’s just so unique and completely transforms an ordinary room.

The biggest trend with this group of homes is the white, grey, and tan countertops! Those colors are hot right now. And I’m seeing more of the slate bluish/grey cabinets too which are soo pretty!! A lot of kitchen designs are doing two-tone cabinets too. Where the island is a different color from the rest of the cabinets. Such as the dark wood island with white cabinetry that you’ll see below. :)

Go ahead and scroll on down for some home design inspiration!
