Christmas Portraits at the Tehama County Courthouse

When Desiree saw the images from Jiggs & Juanita she immediately texted me and said “we gotta do family portraits there!!!” And I am so glad she did! It was awesome getting to capture this beautiful family again! They are dear friends of ours. I appreciate this family so much. Their children are precious and so well behaved! It truly shows the dedication Desiree and Isaac have as parents. They give their children stability by setting proper boundaries for them and guiding them with Godly counsel. It’s a beautiful thing!

Let’s talk about their outfits! I LOVE their outfit choice! The girls’ matching Christmas dresses were darling! And Desiree’s outfit fit perfect with the dresses!! And the boys gray and black color was the perfect contrast to the dresses. (And I just noticed that most of my punctuation’s end with an exclamation point…Haha! I’m just excited, can you tell?)

Gracie and Carly brought their instruments with them and I got to photograph them with their instruments! Carly played the violin for me and she did amazing. I love it when kiddos learn to play an instrument. I play piano, but I would’ve loved to learn a few other instruments as well. Maybe someday, right? :)

As soon as I captured this image, I told Desiree she’s going to be mad at me because this makes Emmy look a lot older and grown up! Ahh it’s hard to see kiddos grow up. It’s bitter sweet. :)

I just love these two!

They has so much fun throwing the leaves up, so I had them sit down in them and this turned out to be my favorite of the kiddos!! LOVE IT!
