Even with the intermittent rain…this wedding day was absolutely stunning! I was so amazed at how laid back Cara and Brad were even when the ceremony had to be delayed a bit due to the rain. They both were just so happy to be getting married, it didn’t matter what the weather did!
Ranch Weddings are my favorite! There’s just something about the wide open fields, the big barns, and miles of fencing that make the photos so epic. And the colors Cara chose for their special day were perfect; Blush, Dusty Rose and Silver. Cara even had Dusty Rose chiffon ribbon with frayed edges for the invitation suite! The barn was filled with round tables and decorated with small white lanterns, wood table numbers, and florals done by Floranthropist. Everything was just beautiful! The ceremony location was out in the huge field looking back towards the ranch house. Cara and Brad exchanged their vows under a wooden arbor decked with florals. The rain stopped long enough for the entire ceremony and the sun even peeked out from behind the clouds for a little bit as well! Just enough to get some glowy portraits of the newlyweds!!
Cara and Brad’s first look was so sweet! The look on Brad’s face when he saw her for the first time was priceless. You can just see the love and admiration they have towards each other in every interaction between them. You could also see this same type of love between Cara’s parents and also her precious grandparents as well! Her grandparents were so sweet!
Cara and Brad, CONGRATS! We are so happy for you both and excited for your future together. It was an absolute honor to be your photographers! We wish you both a life filled with happiness and hope our paths cross again some day!
