Kitchen and Bath Remodel Designs by Ceramic Designs | Architectural Photographer

I love getting to photograph multiple homes in one day! Seeing all the different design elements and the visions of each homeowner that was accomplished by the beautiful work of Ceramic Designs, is just so much fun. It all comes down to even the littlest details, the way the tile is set or how tall to make the backsplash. When it’s all said and done, the outcome is exactly what the client dreamed of. Today I’m going to share four homes with you and walk you through the different design elements.

Modern Retro Kitchen

I loved this beautiful kitchen remodel! The home was built in the 70’s, so this modern retro flare was perfect. On the counters is Denali Quartzite, which is a gorgeous natural stone with linear movement. One unique feature in this kitchen is the dining room table, which is basically an island with a waterfall created with 3 overhang sides for seating. The cabinetry is a special type of white oak with a light almost peachy-colored stain. Behind the stove you’ll find antique glass panels to top it all off! (Not to mention the checkerboard tile flooring in a two-tone ivory and the Cafe Retro White appliances.)

Terrazzo Master Bathroom

I love the look of Terrazzo! And can you believe this isn’t real Terrazzo?! It’s actually a porcelain tile, made by DalTile called Assemble Magistrate. And instead of going all the way to the ceiling, the client used a 1”x12” tile called Sahara White (by Bedrosians) set in a soldier pattern that really helped break it up and added character. The soldier pattern also paired perfectly with the window glass! The marigold towels and matching bathroom mat just topped it off nicely.

Clover Creek Homes

Here are two homes built by Middleton Homes that are currently listed on the market for sale! Freshly built and all the tile and stone work was done by Ceramic Designs. I love the modern yet contemporary feel to both of these homes. Both homes are located in the gated community of Clover Creek Village. I especially loved the Broadway Black Antiqued Quartz by DalTile that was in the kitchen of one of the homes. It reminded me of soapstone but without the maintenance that real soapstone requires! The master bathrooms of both homes also included a tub and tub deck connected to the shower. Both homes are very spacious! I’m sure these homes won’t be on the market for very long, they’re beautiful and in a great location!
