Glowy Sunset Family Session

Lema Ranch | Redding, California

I fell in love with this sweet family the moment I met them! They all were so kind and easy-going! They completely made my job so easy. It was a privilege getting to capture these moments for them! What’s crazy is we were scheduled to do their session back in December, but the weather was awful so we had to move the date. Then I got sick and had to reschedule the next date…But it worked out perfectly! This day was GORGEOUS weather and we had some amazing sunset glow coming through the olive trees!

I just loved their outfits too! The matching Red and Black Plaid was awesome! I loved the contrast it gave with the landscape.

If you’ve followed me for some time, you’ll notice that Lema Ranch is one of my FAVORITE locations for shoots! It’s just gorgeous year-round! I’ve photographed there in the summer, in the fall, in the winter, no matter what season it’s beautiful. :) The ancient olive trees lining the stone pathway makes this location so epic.
