North State Homes in Spring 2022
North State Homes in Spring 2022
Real Estate Photographer | Northern California
Welcome to my new blog series, North State Homes! This will be a seasonal post where I highlight some of my top favorite homes that I’ve photographed during that particular season. For this post it’ll be technically Winter/Spring of 2022! Hope you enjoy these series!
I have a deep love and respect for interior design! When I walk into a home, I can learn so much about the homeowner just by the decor. Many of you may know that I also work for Ceramic Designs, a tile and stone contractor, here in Redding. Working for them has given me even more insight into the home design world! It’s fascinating. The different trends, styles… I love helping navigate clients through the process! As you scroll this post you’ll see what I’m talking about. :)
Wright Builders & Ceramic Designs
This home was absolutely incredible! Built by Rob Wright, owner of Wright Builders here in Redding, California. The kitchen features two waterfall edges, one on the island and one at the end of the huge peninsula. The counters were quartz and the backsplash was Blue Louise quartzite, which I absolutely fell in love with! The rust colors in that stone is mesmerizing. Ceramic Designs did all the countertops, fireplace tile/stone work, outdoor kitchen, showers, etc.
Arvid Engstrom Construction & Ceramic Designs
This super modern home was built by Arvid Engstrom Construction, also located in Redding, California. Arvid is known for building the most cutting edge modern homes here in the North State. This kitchen also features the waterfall edges on the island with quartz, Q Statuary Classique. I love the color of the cabinets as well! White Oak, I believe… If you want a highly modern dream home built, definitely call Arvid!
Nouvant Homes
These next two homes were built by Nouvant Homes and are located off Jolie Way in Redding, California. Both, as of the writing of this blog post, are for sale and ready to move in! The neighborhood seems super nice and is not too far from HWY 44. Both homes are pretty much the same floorplan but different color palettes and one of them has a larger garage. Definitely go check them out if you’re in the market to purchase a home!
