In-home Newborn Session | Anderson, California

Welcome to the world little one! And congrats to Kristen & Ryan!! She’s beautiful! I had the pleasure of doing Kristen’s maternity session a few weeks prior to her due date. And it worked out just perfectly on scheduling the newborn session! I typically work during the week, but I happened to have New Years’ Eve off, so I got to spend a portion of my day with this sweet family and precious baby girl.

Kristen had some amazing props setup for me which was awesome and super helpful! One of my favorite props she brought out was her wedding dress! Her dress is gorgeous and it was so special getting to lay her baby girl over her dress and capture all the amazing details. A friend of hers had also made a special wrap and matching robe! It was so pretty! Especially with the faux fur rug. :)

Kristen & Ryan’s home had an awesome bay window where we got most of our natural light from! It was super windy out but otherwise it was a gorgeous sunny day. And they had antlers for me to use!! (My home is western so I’m a huge fan of antlers and cow skulls!) I’m blessed to be able to capture new life that God has given!
