We recently had the honor of doing some aerial drone images of two properties located in Anderson, California! One of them was just bare land and the other had a beautiful home with an in-ground pool. I guess I don’t talk about drone services much because I don’t fly the drone, Matt does this part! And he loves doing it! So while I’m inside the home capturing the typical real estate shots, he’s outside viewing the property from the sky. 

Benefits of Aerial Images

So let’s talk about some benefits to having us shoot some drone footage for you. If you have a property with several acres, it can be really hard to portray the size of the land by photographing on the ground. From the sky, we can see the whole property from a birds-eye view. This gives potential buyers a good “lay of the land”. Drone images could also be a good way to see the condition of the roof. 

And not only can we do aerial photography, but we can shoot video footage from the drone as well. So if you’re looking to really wow your potential buyers with a video overview of the property listing, then drone video paired with a video walkthrough of the home would be ideal!
